  • 1¼ cups whole wheat pearl couscous
  • 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken breast
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • ⅓ cup Greek dressing
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
