Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp reduced fat olive oil mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp refrigerated salsa
  • ⅛ tsp chili powder
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • ¾ lb thinly sliced low sodium roasted turkey breast
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ cup shredded reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine mayonnaise, salsa, chili powder, and green onion.
  2. Divide turkey slices into 8 stacks on a work surface. Top each stack with mayonnaise mixture, bell pepper, cheese, and lettuce.
  3. Roll up; secure with toothpicks.
