These plant-based burgers topped with guac and Fresh Cravings salsa make the perfect lunch or dinner!
- 4 fresh plant-based burger patties
- ⅔ cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
- ¾ cup refrigerated salsa
- ½ cup guacamole
- 1 oz tortilla chips, lightly crushed
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Cook patties according to package directions. Toss together corn and pico de gallo in a bowl.
- Top burgers with guacamole, corn salsa, chips, and cheese. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
