- 1 cup Fresh Cravings Roasted Garlic Hummus
- 6 vegan burrito-size whole wheat tortillas
- ½ lb asparagus, trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1½ cups crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- Spread hummus on tortillas. Top with asparagus, bell pepper, arugula, carrots, cheese, and onion. Roll up to serve.
