Lemon Garlic Hummus Pasta
This recipe is quick, easy, and bursting with the flavors of lemon and garlic.
- 1 tub of Fresh Cravings Lemon Garlic Hummus
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Then, remove the broccoli from the pot and set it aside.
- In the same pot, bring the water back to a boil and cook pasta according to the package instructions.
Drain the pasta and add in the broccoli and Fresh Cravings Hummus. Drizzle with olive oil and toss everything together to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again to ensure everything is evenly coated.
If desired, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves for extra flavor and freshness.
