Mediterranean Hummus Bowl

- 2 tbsp. Fresh Cravings Mediterranean Hummus
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ½ red onion
- ½ pint Cherry tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cup can chickpeas
- ½ cup olives
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Assemble ingredients in bowl as desired.
- Spoon the hummus into the bowl and spread with back of spoon to great swirls.
- Garnish with parsley and olive oil drizzle and enjoy!
