Mediterranean Tortilla “Pizzas”

  • 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup Fresh Cravings Classic Hummus
  • ½ (3-oz) pkg thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • ¾ cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Chopped fresh parlsey (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place tortillas on a baking sheet. Brush with oil; bake 5 minutes.
  2. Top each tortilla with hummus, tomatoes, and cheese; bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are crisp. Sprinkle with olives, onion, and, if desired, parsley.
