Mexican Street Corn

Guests will love this twist on traditional street corn with Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style Salsa.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 2 oz. cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style Salsa, any heat
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 large ears corn, silk removed, husk pulled back or removed


  1. Heat grill until hot, clean and oil grates. Place corn on grill. Cook covered turning as needed until corn is lightly charred on all sides, 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. In medium-sized bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, Cotija cheese, Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style Salsa, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer corn to bowl and using tongs, toss to coat each ear of corn.
