Skirt Steak with Fresh Cravings Pico de Gallo Salsa
Turn a simple grilled steak into a bright and flavorful entrée by topping it with Fresh Cravings Pico de Gallo Salsa. The ultimate dinner hack!
- 1 lb skirt steak
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh Cravings Pico de Gallo Salsa
- 8 – 6″ Corn Tortillas, warmed
- Heat grill until hot, clean and oil grates.
- Brush skirt steak with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place on grill and cook 2 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from grill. Slice meat against the grain 1/4″ thick and serve with Fresh Cravings Pico de Gallo Salsa and corn tortillas.
