Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Cravings Chunky Salsa
  • 21 oz Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breast – cut into chunks
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 15 oz can black beans – rinsed and drained
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • Tortilla chips – crushed
  • Garnish with – Sour cream, chopped cilantro, avocado and jalapeno slices

Directions

  1. Combine and stir the first 7 ingredients in a slow cooker
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 – 5 hours
  3. Stir in crushed tortilla chips and cheese to slow cooker
  4. Cover and cook an additional 15 minutes
  5. Serve with desired garnishes
